There are no referrals necessary to book an appointment with one of our physicians.
If you have medical insurance coverage, it is recommended to ask your insurance provider the following questions pertaining to your policy:
- Is medical cannabis covered?
- Is there a Pre-authorization form for Medical Cannabis use?
- Is there a Health spending account?
- Is there union coverage?
If your insurance provider answered yes, to any of the above, then we can assist you. Otherwise, medical cannabis is an out-of-pocket expense. Please note that Medical Cannabis is Tax deductible.
If any documents request a DIN number for prescription medications, unfortunately, medical cannabis does not have a DIN.
